Position Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with potential clients over the phone, understand their marketing needs, and present them with solutions that align with our services. You will work closely with our marketing and account management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and foster long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify and qualify potential customers.

2. Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels, and follow up.

3. Engage in consultative selling, understanding clients' marketing challenges, and offering innovative solutions to address their needs effectively.

4. Articulate the value proposition of our services and demonstrate how they can drive tangible results for clients.

5. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales interactions and customer information in our CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the marketing, advertising, or digital services industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
